FAQ: Phasing Out the Free Plan of TimeMoto Cloud

When will the Free Plan end?
The Free Plan will no longer be available after 31 March 2026.
Why is the Free Plan being phased out?
Our Free Plan has helped thousands of teams discover the benefits of smarter time management. In February 2024, we introduced the Core Plan as the new standard for new users.
With rising server, energy, and development costs, it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to maintain free accounts.
Impact on Your Account
What will happen to my account after 31 March 2026?
You will no longer be able to access your Free Plan account after this date. All data stored in your account will be permanently erased.
Be sure to export your data before 31 March 2026.
What happens if I do nothing?
If you do nothing, your account and data will be deleted from our servers after 31 March 2026.

Can I still access my old data after my Free Plan ends?
No. Once the Free Plan is discontinued, both your account and all data history will be wiped from our servers.
However, if you continue with one of the TimeMoto Cloud paid Plans (Core, Essential, or Plus), your account and data will remain accessible.
Upgrading to a Paid Plan
Will my account be upgraded automatically?
No. Accounts will not be upgraded automatically. You must choose and upgrade to a paid plan yourself.
How do I upgrade my Free Plan to another plan?
1. Go to Account & Billing in your Cloud environment.
2. Under your current Cloud Plan, select the option to switch to another plan.
3. You can also:
- Adjust the number of users.
- Choose between monthly or yearly billing.
What are the available paid plans?
- Core Plan – the new entry-level plan.
- Essential Plan – for teams that need more advanced features.
- Plus Plan – for organisations requiring the most flexibility and control.
Exporting Your Data
How do I get my data out of my account?
You can export your data at any time, but make sure to do this before 31 March 2026:
1. Log in to your Cloud account.
2. Go to Reports.
3. Click the Export button to download your data.
