Delivery & Warranty

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping via UPS Ground on all orders within the fifty United States.

Please note that for orders placed by customers outside the fifty United States of America increased shipping costs and other costs such as export documentation, import duties, import taxes and import fees may apply. If you require shipping services outside the fifty United States of America, please call us on our toll-free number at 1-844-982-1128 and we will arrange a full estimate for these shipping services and handle your order personally on the telephone.

Delivery & types of services

If we receive payment for your order before 2:00 p.m. MST, we will process it on that same day. Provided that all items are in stock, you should receive your order in 1-5 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. MST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. These shipping times are estimates only.

As soon as our warehouse has shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that includes a unique UPS tracking number. To track your package’s status in real-time, visit www.ups.com and enter your tracking number into the “Track” box at the upper left of the page. UPS delivers during normal business hours from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

All orders placed via the website are shipped using UPS Ground. If you require overnight or express delivery of your shipment, please call us on our toll-free number at 1-844-982-1128. We will provide you with an estimate for the expedited delivery charges and handle your order personally on the telephone.

Incorrect or lost orders

If you receive items you did not order or a part of your order is missing, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. Write to us at info@safescan.us.com with the following information:

  • your order number

  • the item number(s) of the missing or incorrect product(s)

  • digital photos of the shipment, if possible

Our customer service team will contact you as quickly as possible to sort out your order.

Warranty period

All our products are manufactured to stringent quality and safety standards. We offer a 3-year warranty for many of our products* after registration of your product.

*Warranty is available for all TimeMoto products except the RF—100, RF—110, TimeMoto software and consumables such as batteries, USB cables and power cables.

To receive the 3-year extended warranty, create a new account at www.timemoto.com (or log in to your existing TimeMoto account), then click on the “Register” link in your profile (or go to www.timemoto.com/register) within 30 days of purchase. Enter the purchase date, invoice number, model number, and serial number for your product. The extended warranty begins on the date of purchase.
