“Our customers are mainly in the Netherlands and Belgium. We work with operators that are local professionals, many of whom are remigrants from the Netherlands. I worked for 16 years at a large Dutch telecommunications company before returning to Suriname. When we started Strongbow Offshore Services in 2007, many Dutch companies began offshoring their customer services to Suriname. And because of the background in the Netherlands that many of our staff have, we can provide optimal services to customers in the Netherlands and the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium.”

We only use it for the employees in our office, and we started with a small group of twenty users, which grew to sixty during the year.
